Well, your are trying to kill Dominus with the most worthless collection of gear ever, so i am not surprised that you died all the time...

Weapon: Meh but not so bad as the others (get a free Georfri's Baptism)
Armor: Only one low Life mod, no res
Helmet: no life. White piece, really? No blue helms on vendors or loot ever???
Boots: no life
Gloves: no life. Same as white gloves, the Acc stat is irrelevant when you have RT...
Amulet: no life
Ring1: no life
Ring2: no life
Belt: no life

If you reach mid-Act3 and still use white gear, farm (Ledge,Docks,etc) until you find better gear ;)

Decided to try out multistrike and wow it's amazing. Completely changes the Marohi. The target changing is awesome.

I am curious about 2 things though:
1) Your rare ring. Except the AS, i see no other good stats unless you have a ES build maybe.
2) I see some mana related stats/gear and a lot of Int, but no Int gems or Auras: only 2 skills, two CwDT links and the stuff on the Helm. Where are the mana/Int related stuff???

Not bad imo, but these are the gear i would replace:
Armor: has only a +12Str stat, you would be better off with a blue +Life one... Find a better one with Life + some res.
Gloves: no good stats, also should find one with Life at least.
Belt: 34Str but only +16 Life (and Flask duration ofc), not bad, but you could find a better one i think.
Boots: Life and a tiny bit of res (+MF), again not bad, but you could find one with some Move Speed also, it would be awesome ;)

Upgrade gear would be nice to find yourself as loot, don't go and spend orbs to buy gear (maaaaybe 1-2alch total MAX if they really worth it). Merciless is close and you will need your currency.
Make sure you got max (or very close to max) on the 3 resistances.

Edit:
GroundSlam is unlinked??? You just LeapSlam in the middle of the pack and HS them?
OK if it works for now, but keep that GS on your gear and lvl it up, because later you will probably need it ;)

The Ring is just because of the AS had no other ring left in my stash and haven't tryed to make a new one. And the other Ring is also just because of the increases experience and Wisdoms ^^

About my belt with that int and stuff I haven't looked at my belt for a long time. Maybe I chance him some time but I don't know atm what stats would be best on the Belt. And I chaosed the Helm and got the int stats. So cant change this now :D I have not much currencies left to make me awesome equip. The chest is also just mate with I think 15 Chaos and a loooot of Fusings :D So mana int just bad rolls on the items ^^
