Find 14 minutes of your life, that explain fee climbing.

I stop at this point, 363 DPS out of 388 possible, with perfect crit and APS, should be enough for everyone (tm).

Fee is fixed at this point too.

I do not plan craft this wand in the next few months, if ever. So fee should not change, but everything is possible, for example I can sell it, but its highly unlikely (too high price) or there will be crafted something better etc.
