Next question is whether you should try to roll hybrid physical mod instead of lightning dmg. If we assume that physical and elemental dmg multipliers will be around even (dmg increase from passive nodes, skill gems and items), it is only a question if the added dmg from hybrid phy mod is higher or lower than lightning dmg mode. This can be easily calculated but I think phy dmg increase from hybrid mod would not come close to ligthning dmg mod.

These are the reasons why I think your wand is the way to go. There is similar wand created by axn1314 but with lower rolls (I was just thinking when someone will create similar wand with better mods).
In my opinion just divine it as close to max as you can and it will be perfect. I may even switch back to wander again :)
