The leech difference is notable, but can be easily worked around

hello, I'm wondering how you endure against reflect ele dmgs?

Maps which have reflect ele dmg is very terrible to me.. :(

I just started back after only playing in closed beta. After that I have taken a break until now. Needless to say, I'm a bit lost with all the new skills and the new class.

Friends are already a bit ahead and I'm just trying to catch up. I picked up Scion and rolled with it. Spectral Throw looked cool and I enjoyed it (even though I enjoy AoE dmg a bit more) so I checked out this guide. But after reading through countless pages, I'm still confused. It seems like this build is viable with just about any gear, but is truly maximized with a certain few uniques?

and then after you acquire those uniques you skill into spell dmg and switch gear to spell dmg?

If anyone can help me understand the core needs for this build then I would appreciate it. You can even explain it like I'm 5 if you want haha. I can't figure out if I need fast daggers with high crit, spell dmg, or crit strike. Also things that can vary like Vaal Pact and Iron Reflexes. With recent patches, did one become obsolete? I'm not necessarily looking for the op or cookie cutter. but just making sure I'm not driving my character down a path of destruction (I intend to play this same build in Hardcore after I test it in standard).
