Putting stastistic, skill and stats informations and other in-game informations is currently forbidden without requesting it to GGG.

It's the same as for videos on youtube.

That said, while it's forbidden, you can still do it, but you might loose your Beta access if you never asked for it and they find out who you are. If they find some public unauthorised content, they will ask for the remove of it, as the owner of the rights and, while doing it, they can get access to some info about who put that online (like your IP adress) simply block those from accessing anything from PoE until final release.

That said, they are not some hard-minded business with a will of steel. They might not look over some minor issues or let down.

But if you wish to not have any issues, just ask the permission. That's as simple as it is.
