The guy who is still sad about being banned

If the person has no criminal history and killed just one person, you are more likely to get away with manslaughter. If you are a minor, you won't get a trial as an adult, which means you get reduced sentence in comparison.

Furthermore, there is something called "consecutive life sentences" which is precisely what is used to punish serial killers more than regular killers. And "Death sentence" may very well be used for the latter case but not for the former in places that allow such sentence.

This isnt Law and Order buddy :)

They broke the rules which GGG has always been very clear as to the result. This guy has no leg to stand on.

Comparing doesn't mean that you view them as equals. Comparing things which aren't equal in all aspects is precisely the point, otherwise there would not be any point in comparing. Long live the metaphor! :D

I'd do worse than ban him... I'd let him keep playing until the end of the tourney and then retro ban him.

The ladder bans that happened after he was banned may have had something to do with him as he apparently RMT's the stuff

He has the right to be upset :P.

I think he would actually like the future vision I have that would create more proper justice:

"
I think a big step towards making punishments in online games more "fair", is when countries allow companies to efficiently sue players who break the rules of their games. That way, a 5-minute botter may get away with just a permanent ban, while a dedicated 200+ hour botter may face large fines in addition to a permanent ban.

Nope, zero tolerance is the way to go, it's a waste of staff time to investigate and try to mete out appropriate scaling punishment so a straight up ban is best for all.

To the far too serious seeker of punishment increments: Law in this instance is the agreement we clicked accept on before playing. If it says they can ban us forever for any reason and we agree...
Analyze, Adapt, and Ask the devs to change it.
mazul , he has no right to be upset, he botted , pure and simple , ggg said they ban botters.

botting is not some new cewl thing that you gotta try. its old, almost as old as the ARGP its self

all the way to diablo 2 peeps be getting banned for botting.

thats over 10 years of people banning people for botting from which this "cough" genius could have deduced "hey botting is ban able maybe i should not do it"

the guy is a moron , he made a stupid mistake and now hes butt hurt over it ,blaming everyone but his own inept self.

U right,

Before im player 4000 hour with 5 min of bot
Now im botter with 4000 hour botting and 5 min of play x)

Sucks man, think of all the productive things you could have done with that 4000 hours.

Thank god you tested that bot program.
