Vitality aura?
You need life regen, either through the passive tree or through a skill. Vitality would also effect your totems, providing them with HP regen as well. |

" Unfortunately, it won't. Totems can't be directly affected by auras, however, if you are affected by an aura that would somehow improve the skill your totem uses it will account for that too when using it. Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

You could add a Rejuvenation Totem to your mix of skills and use one of those when needed. Or a Devouring Totem
