T-Shirt delivery to germany - big fail from Jinx...*urgent please*

I just got a letter from "Deutsche Post" (ger. delivery company like DHL), saying that Jinx didn`t added a check for my purchased T-Shirt to the outside of the package. Thats why the package is now being held back at the german customs.
The customs are 46 km away from me, so i`ll obviously not gonna drive there for a T-Shirt and pay more money for fuel(yes, i am poor). Although i still would like to get the T-Shirt... Therefore i need the check at least to be sended to me, if Jinx cant solve all of this themselfs(which i fear they wont... :( ), because i just got a purchase confirmation by email and not the actual check with the prices(mabye i deleted it accidentally). This is all urgent, because i might pay more money for the packages being stored at the customs, at least if this issue is not solved in 10 days. German Corner, ab Seite 847, da sind ein paar Fälle und wie's gelaufen ist. Ganz kurze Zusammenfassung: Lass dir vom J!NX Support ne Email mit dem Warenwert schicken (der scheint aber noch ein bisschen vom Bearbeiter abzuhängen) und schicke das dann an den Zoll. Wenn du da Glück hattest, dann liegt der Wert unter der Grenze (€28?) und die leiten das Paket an dich weiter. Ansonsten kannst du auch per Email mit dem Zoll kommunizieren und den Fall erklären. Ermessensspielraum gibt es immer und wenn man das Ganze nett und freundlich vorträgt, dann sind die beim Zoll auch mal großzügig ;-) :-D

Solltest immer nen kleinen Vermerk bei der Bestellung machen, den Warenwert außen auf der Verpackung vermerken zu lassen, wenn du im Ausland bestellst. Verstehe nicht wie man sowas nicht weiß. divine supporter no money kappa.

Naja, also ich würde auch davon ausgehen, dass ne Firma wie J!NX das Konzept "Zoll" schonmal gehört hat und weiß, wie das läuft. ;-) :-D Hoffen wir alle mal, dass die was gelernt haben. :-)

" Na und, nur weil ich da mal nen bisschen Geld hatte, heißt das nicht direkt das ich noch mehr extra Geld für so einen Scheiß wie den, den Jinx verzapft hat, -habe/haben will. Ansonsten danke an Alysma für die kompakte Zusammenfassung, ist echt hilfreich. Hätte aber troztdem noch eine Frage. Im Brief wollen die noch, das ich denen noch die im Brief beigefügte Zollinhaltserklärung zuschicke. Reicht da nicht einfach die Rechnung per mail? |

Yeah, it`s a big f*** up from Jinx. All they had to do was just add a check/receipt (or how it is called correctly in english) to the outside of the package!
I considered buying one of the new supporter packs, but even if my little, but really annoying problem get solved, i still wont buy it. Until GGG will announce changes to this kinda procedure we have to go thru.... |
