Ended up on ledge farming. I had frequent drops but nothing huge.

Had an interesting experience this race, I got transferred to the default league without realising because as far as I was aware I didn't actually die.

At around the 2:30:00 mark I used a portal scroll in an area that I had cleared of mobs, and then disconnected during the loading screen. I assumed that because the area was clear, as well as the fact I was in the loading screen rather than on a frozen game UI that I was safe. I logged back on and clicked my race character not paying attention to the league banner, and continued playing.

At the 2:50:00 mark I had about a minute of constant descyncs, but after a minute things smoothed out and I was still alive, so again continued playing. This descync phase occurred just after I killed the boss in the chamber of sin, and whilst I was engaged with the minions guarding the baleful gem. Once my play resumed I killed them and collected the gem, teleported back to town and completed the quest and stayed there waiting for the race to end.

I curiously /ladder to see who is on top and low and behold, the top ranked player is in the 80s and I realise I'm in default league, although at no point did I actually die.

My guess is that I dropped down league during my disconnect, but as I was on the loading screen I presumed I was safe. Perhaps this is a case where the action of me using the portal was only carried out on my client and not the server because I had actually desynced at the time? Even though there were no mobs around to kill me :/

I was a bit disappointed, and wondered if anyone could suggest the most likely cause of my demise? Or whether it is as I suspected with a desync before my disconnect?

I realize the prizes are found in a new character that's suddenly listed in my character list (which I didn't create). I had to go back to town with that character, kill Hillock along the way, before I can move the stuff to my stash.

My first Race and i finished 194th with lvl 18..pretty good for me..

where can I get the items recovered?

True, but when you want the items to be in Default League you just have to kill the character. That's why you got a new char I guess.

You have to play the character that gets added to your account until you get to the first town, where you can put your prizes into your stash and then log out and delete the character.

When you log in on your other characters you can then find the items in your stash :)

Found 2 oranges had some good RNG to make up for my lack of experience.

GG you should change races reward system.
