Died to an empty screen in western at the 1:30 mark. 500 life, took 5 hits that had the "suicide pop" sound in under 1 second, dead. Be nice if i could see those monsters as well, their pops were full volume as though they were in melee range (which they obviously were serverside). Guess ruby rings are mandatory there in turbo just in case the great nothing starts pouring on the fire damage :|

Got overconfident and died trying to finish off a unique boss that I thought was on low enough life for me to stop kiting and move in for heroic melee finish. Made a real mess of the character build/item/gem selection too.
Shouldn't have been playing tonight anyway so guess that's justice. would have been personal best had I lived on... sure of it! watching devmoon's stream as I played.. he was soooo far ahead of me within the first 10 minutes of the race. :) There has to be a low point where some people stop complaining because it's just not worth it, and I have yet to see it. - Squeakypaw, 2013 Last edited by obadonke#0693 on Jan 3, 2013, 3:52:06 PM

This was my first race, I had a blast! I at least managed to kill Brutus and get to level 16. Hopefully I get some decent currency items. Hook me up GGG! :)

Died at lvl 20 7 minutes before the ending of the event with my templar. Pretty sad... gg to everyone.

Being a shadow, died in Caverns by suicide mobs, which hit hard and explode immediately. Althoug it took 4-5 shots it was really hard to progress in that area in Turbo. Forgot to have some ranged attacks. Almost cathed Fetid Pool prize. Also whirling blades are bad idea in turbo due to insane desynch.
Still got lvl 10 and 12 chars. Hateful post.

First race, got 23rd overall and 6th of my class.
Very fun race, managed to survive and learned alot. I had just switched my silly blue bow at 15minutes before the end. Wish I had found an Alch earlier than that... |
