How do i sign-up for a race?

"No need to sign up, just be there 30 minutes before the race starts and create a new character on the league (will be labelled as a race league on the character creation screen) |

" I completely agree that it'd be awesome, and we have a lot of ideas for this, but unfortunately it's not a small change. There are lots of complex issues like quests, skill gems and vendors that are hooked up to the main game stuff and would require some work to get going in a cool league event. Lead Developer. how do you know when this event starts? I know it says january 4th, but what time and timezone?
