Im gonna take a wild guess and say the League is when it says it is. Follow the Countdown. They are ahead of us in time. Depending where you live.

Still not implemented a disabling of trading in solo :( And it still happens by many of the people who come top 10. Atm races are okay for a bit of mindless fun but with the clear abuse of trading, there is no point in taking it remotely serious.

This will be my first event ...when i, for example, am first to slay Hillock and then i die, will i still get the reward for first kill?

New zealand based developer, so don't pay attention to the date, just the countdown, they are always a bit ahead.

It says the time with the offset (+10 GMT) at the top of the thread, why can't people figure basic stuff out for themselves?
Hell you don't even need to understand that as they give you a count down timer...

anychance you guys can start these later people on the eastcoast that work 9-5 jobs have no chance to play very disapointed would have loved to RACE!!

I think, the best would be to do races twice a day, or there must be log on/off statistics, so u can see when ppl usually play. Make 2 race, 1 with EU TZ (gmt+1) like u doing them now, and 1 more later US TZ (gmt-6) so it's for EU players like 2-3am. So we sleep (or HC players NOT) and US ppl can enjoy the game aswell :)

No you have to be alive at the end of the race to be eligible for any prizes.

Not yet, sorry. We still need to add support for disabling trade in solo races.

Good to hear its in the pipeline - not that I'm ever likely to be close enough to first place (or is that the first page ? :P) to really benefit from stricter rules.

I guess that means no ability to pick up stuff dropped by other players too. I can see why it's not an easy thing to sort out.
