"Void League" Characters Question (?)

I have a character that I played in a race, he died so is listed as being a "Void league" character. Does this count towards the number of characters and is there any way I can erase him completely from my list?
This is more cosmetic if it doesn't count towards the # of characters allowed (w/o purchasing more slots)... so it's not a big deal otherwise. Thanks for taking the time today! -- A |

You can delete that character since you won't be able to play it again, anyway. To do so, click on the char and then on the delete button under the list. :-)
Characters from Descent and Endless Ledge Races go to a "Void League" because drop rates in those races differ substantially from the rest of the game. Instead of just automatically deleting those characters, moving them to the Void League gives people a chance to link their items e.g. in the corresponding Race threads in the Events forum and remove the chars themselves afterwards. Exit, pursued by a Plummeting Ursa.
