Beta or not, they are releasing new skills continually. those skills will be rebalanced, and older skills will be rebalanced in relation to the new skills being introduced. A lot of things will most likely be changed at each 'expansion' - like A4 being released. They are also adding new elements/quirks during races and some of those will find there way into the 'main' game, which will also require.... rebalance. I am not sure why everyone thought that once the game was 'released' it was this finished thing that would never again be touched. silly.

I was mainly talking about the people who argue with the person who decided they don't like the game. Serves no purpose (other then a time waste I guess if you're bored at work or something).

And as for the changes not being announced... did you honestly expect a buff to it?
