ok so for those wondering why spectral throw can't fork (or chain), just understand how they work. spectral throw is essentially automatically supported by the pierce effect. it pierces 100 percent.
this means that on pierce check it succeeds pierce check, never proceeds past pierce check to check chain, and never proceeds past chain to check fork. so without making those checks, they can't chain or fork. it's not a bug, it's part of the game ^.^

Fix for what, it's not supposed to fork, can you get it to fork somehow?


If not, why does it show up in the tooltip? atleast update it, if its not meant to do so.


It does not "Fork" but it does make the projectile "homing".

Just tried it a minute ago , was interesting for a fleeting moment , then it passed , and I threw the fork gem back in stash.
Arbitrary placeholder decisions should never be embraced as final.
