I really like your build. My question is, would this build still be effective if i wanted to use ice shot with lesser multiple projectiles instead of ROA

I am currently using Hatred, because I have GG Survivablity and also because of my gear somehow has enough mana/mana leech.

Yes, it is a very strong node and I was planning of incorporating it in the tree. But didn't get to crunch the actual numbers. At around level 60+ it is viable to take it if your survivability allows it. I have also put it in level 70 spec. Boom! 20% inc physical :) Thank you for reminding me.

I think so. If going iceshot try to use pure high damage physical bow. As 40% of your physical will be converted to Cold damage. Just dont get Inc AOE nodes in the very end.

What would be the pro's / con's vs using this or a Spectral Throw build.

The reason I ask is I am nearly level 30 and I am trying to decide between using this build, or Kripps Ranger Spectral Throw build....

Decisions decisions...

The pros would be huge, and i mean HUGE amount of HP and Armor. I fought Dominus with 1.8k HP at 40 level, and I could easily be at 2k if each of my armor/rings/ammy had a decent HP roll.

As this build is heavily designed for tankiness over damage, I don't think it would be doing more damage than Spectral Throw. However I had 250 DPS on my ROA with a decent groove bow at level 36.

I don't know where u guys are finding the mana to roa spam. I'm level 36 and 4 roa's and i'm oom, even running 3 mana pots and I can't keep up with the charges even 1-2 shotting everything.
