Anything that doesn't need special gear/gems: Elemental Builds with Fireball, Freezing Pulse, Storm call; Summoners; Dual Totem with incinerate or flame totem. There may be more. Or to put it the other way: Not recommended for first chars is Discharge, Righteous Fire, Cast on crit builds, pure support builds, probably melee builds when starting as witch.
