I'm fairly sure 35% crit multiplier is better than 35% spell damage, unless somehow WED works for totems. So no, Woe Bite is superior.

Say you have 1000% multiplier, increasing that to 1035% will yield much less damage than if you were to increase the base of what the 1000% multiplier is multiplying.

that's if you already have insane crit multiplier. most sporkers seem to have rather high crit chance and lowish crit multiplier which is why it's so good to have it on a wand.

That's true but a ton of sporkers are low life MF sporkers and don't have that much crit multiplier (as their 6L setup looks different), at best they grabbed throatseeker, quite often not even that. Getting 35% crit multiplier for that build is pretty much a boost of hundreds of dps and saves 3 nodes, something an additional 35% spell damage won't come close to.

Spell damage nodes are 6% and multi are 10. And my wand has 45 more spell damage.

I was comparing to nodes like lightning weaver, 24% lightning damage for 3 nodes. You're right about 45, thought Woe Bite had 90% total. That however sadly does not change my point, spell damage for probably the biggest customer base you're looking at in terms of mirror service is not as important as crit multiplier.

If you really so desire, meet up with wixtor, from what I know he's the best equipped lowlife RF sporker in standard and runs Woe Bite. You could directly test the dps of your wand against Woe Bite. I'm by no means affiliated with him so do so at your own peril.
