It was pretty obvious in this case just by looking at their previous post history.

Actually even me believe it were funny of your reply, Rhys.
But im not sure someone working for GGG should make fun of people with bad English, it does actually make me wonder, do you take your job professionally?
as was pointed out as the start of the thread, the person in question speaks (or at least writes) perfectly good English in their other posts on the forums - this was clearly not a person who has trouble with the language, but someone pretending as such in order to troll.
While we do have many users who have difficulty with English, we do our best to accommodate them and answer their questions. This, however, was not such a person.
But still i said my Point because this just felt weird, seeing a ggg staff write that but i dont blame him, i tought it were funny too. But if you were wrong, what would happend in that case?, this time you wernt wrong, but what about next time?
Well, i said my Point and i do Believe you get what im trying to say ;)
Checking the post history of a subject before getting in contact to him is the professional way
and GGG employees practice from experience. It is always taken into consideration.
Despite that does Support grant their service despite any language barriers although it is not even their responsibility. I saw Henry Simplified Google Chinese skills. They are amazing.
Your fears feel weird considering the past cross-language service GGG team gave
probably even without any certificated language skills. :P

So in your logic, if one of your customers talked and acted like a handicapped person, people in your company could talk back and act like a handicapped person in front of other real handicapped people? Did you think how these people would feel?

Another person that just doesn't get it.
Do you know how many troll posts and ridiculous threads that GGG has to deal with. It was obvious what happened in this case and Rhys responded with humor.
Everyone seem offended by everything nowadays and it's getting tiring. It's people like you that will eventually cause GGG to be gun-shy and stop interacting with the community like the real people they are.
Stop the drama.

They would never act like "handicapped people".. that's quite the extreme from
counter-trolling an obvious troll. That's all that happened here.

actually everyone is free to being funny and having humour, but it does also mean in what part you using the humour. We never said they arnt allowed to being funny, happy and so on, but when talking about so called "respect", its Another Word.
You seem to not get our Point, so i will try to explain it again.
How would you feel if someone made fun of your "head", maybe Calling you egg head, you wouldnt like it.
Its 1 thing having humour or making fun of people.[/quote]
