Microtransactions getting in the way for Hardcore

Sorry for the confusion.

Microtransactions was just a wild guess I threw in at start, because I was seeing item effects and pets being advertised, which could be applied into a character. If the character died in hardcore with no possibility to play again, the investment would be lost. I was imagining that the possibility to play again on the same character, but just standard was due to that.

Then the topic quickly derailed and I was trolled... not my fault.

So instead of reading into what confused you, you say you were trolled, and it's not your fault.

It was your fault.

GooberM: "How does that not warrant a good ol' stabby-stabby?"

Since everything is cleared up let's make this a spiderman thread.

I'm a forum warrior, i was born to post, raised to defend my league. Now my post has been removed, chained and exiled by mods who Ban. Ban is my brother; i do not fear it. I see it in the eyes of men and beasts that i troll. It will take me to play the actual game when i am ready and i am not ready.

If there such a section it would be the only active section of the forums.
Remember when I won a screenshot contest and made everyone butt-hurt? Pepperidge Farm remembers.
This is painful.

Die's at lvl 24. "I can still play on standard? man I don't feel like I lost anything!"

Makes thread to explode brains.

Try playing the game a little bit more before destroying our souls with your lack of proper insight. Your like a college freshmen arguing with a professor, in a 300 person lecture.

Hey again.

The stash is shared between all characters, even in Hardcore. Why?

I died, and created another character, quickly find out I could access the items I had stashed on my dead character. Those items should be gone or moved to Standard instead. EDIT: On 2nd thoughts, they should just be gone.

So much for Hardcore...

Did you actually play Diablo 2 HC? What do I lose in PoE HC death? A name from the ladder, which quite honestly I don't care. Gear is moved to Standard which kinda promotes that league to be the most populated. Where do you think the player base will head to in the long run? Personaly, I'd rather have the game to forcedly DESTROY all my gear if I die, instead of moving it around or even keep the character. But that's personal. What will the other players do?

What exactly are the benefit of playing HC if it's not being promoted as such?

In HC Diablo 2 people had mules. Here we have a shared stash. I think the majority of people will trade the mild loss of hardcoreness for the convenience. If you stay on hardcore ladder the experience is pretty much the same as in D2. The difference is that the devs wanted to promote hardcore to normal softcore players.

You lose your char in the HC league.

Your character dies in the league.

It's passed on. It's no more. It ceases to be. It's expired and gone to meet its maker. If it wasn't nailed down to the standard league it'd be pushing up the daisies.
It's kicked the bucket, shuffled of it's mortal coil. It's an EX-HC char.
