Actually my posts have been spot on, all of my criticisms are legit. I wont bother to get into them they have been done to death. GGG didnt listen to people complaints, game is about to be released and almost all of the HUGE issues are still there. So I have given up on this game being anything but a game that could have been.

Then we have this self righteous community of fanboys, there are only like 7 or 8 of them but they dominate each and every thread. I enjoy calling them out on there BS, and will now call out yours as well since that is what you want.


This community's mentality is if you dont like the game GTFO,we dont want you here. They will eat those words when the game and forums are empty.

All these games are a work in progress. Things are always improving and as an alpha member i've seen major issues get solved. I've played on and off as well and im no fanboy but just because youre sick of losing and not getting your way doesn't mean you need to say the game is a pile. You obviously love this game if you are here touting your negative BS and trolling for comments. Most of us love the game and with time it will improve.

I would urge you to stay longer but its obvious that you are destined to move onto bigger and better "MMOs", so be it. POE welcomes you back when you figure out that its actually a decent game worth the time.

OP has a few good points, but I think it is a little harsh to say it is a "bad game". I have played for a grand total of 29 days (played time) on one of the characters and I was forced to quit the game for about a couple of months due to frustration about the drops (tons of junk that I generally have to sell for alt shards), trade system (asking for 10 exalts for an average roll item), and the need to be very wealthy in order to level past level 80 solo ( I was top 30 on the ladder softcore at one point, but then just gave up on leveling because it was literally sucking the life out of me irl, and I think it is almost impossible to level past 90 in reasonable time if you play casually)

The reference was removed by admin :( A shame, but damn respectable that even (fake removed by admin) is shown the same respect GGG gives anybody else.

Still, anybody who was around for the start of that thread will understand :) One of the best laughs I've had on these forums.

The game was fun until around level 70, then it just turned into a drag. Dying to desync and losing hours of progress just got extremely tiresome. Plus there's just only so much Docks a man can do.

This is a common criticism and deserves dev attention. That and the early game game being clunky.

I just want to say that my experience with the community has almost always been positive. If you want to see what a bad community looks like, try heroes of newerth or league of legends. In my 20 years of gaming I have never come across a community with such a favorable cool guy to scum bag ratio as path of exile has. Truth.

I also think it is a bit unfair to slam the fans of this game as losers and fanboys and then come in and call the community terrible when they get angry. We are all human. Those of us who aren't diablo 3 forum bots, anyway.
