Mirrors are part of the global currencyItems droprate. My guess is, and I havn't found it yet, that there is another table that further specifies the droprates for currencyItems.

Yeah I would assume it's another table, shame that you haven't found it because it would be fun if this fishing rod is more rare than a mirror :D something that wouldn't be surprising either since this is the first instance of it being linked and verified lol
