Awful framerates after patch 0.11.5

Still No response about the graphics lag? Seems to only be affecting people with AMD video cards and is somewhat fixed when we put it in windowed fullscreen so should be easy to figure out what you did to mess it up!!!!!

" They likely already had a good idea of what might causing it after the first couple replies, but just an fyi, there is never anything "easy" or "simple" in coding bug fixes, since its pretty easy to wreck a lot of other stuff in the process. My guess is that we'll see another patch tonight or over the weekend to address this, in the meantime windowed-fullscreen is working so it isn't a critical issue. |

I had the same issue , with freeze when mouse move , i uninstalled Amd driver 13.8 beta and reinstalled 13.4 whql and all work fine ..for me.

Tried swapping to the 13.10 beta drivers that they just released yesterday, still had the issue. So, I switched back to the 13.4 drivers like others have and that seems to have done the trick for PoE. Not a good answer though for people that have a reason to be using the beta drivers though, so hopefully GGG finds a fix for the new drivers.

" This basically. The beta driver corrects a lot of frame stuttering/dropping that AMD cards have been suffering. I don't really like the idea of having to go back to the other drivers. Window fullscreen is working well enough so far, but yeah I do hope a fix is pushed down soon. |

Is it correct that the stuttering is linked to mouse movement?

I can't get it properly investigated until Monday, but so far we've noted a correlation with mouse movement on some systems and people report downgrading their beta ATI drivers to release ones appears to help.
