Awful framerates after patch 0.11.5

The issue is that the beta drivers work beautifully in all my other games and provide fps increases across the board. More importantly than normal fps boosts the frame pacing helps clear up lot of microstuttering in other games.

So, some very brief reading tends me to believe that the framerate issue is in-relation to moving the mouse, on AMD hardware, with Catalyst 13.10 Beta being installed?

I have a (single) Radeon HD 7850, Windows 8.1 RTM, and Catalyst 13.10 beta drivers currently. Frame pacing isn't enabled since I only have a single GPU. FPS when idle on PoE is as expected, high and little frame latency. I move the mouse, and it stutters across the screen and frame latency and framerate go erratic. Dropping a atiumdag.dll from an older driver into PoE's folder doesn't help either.

I don't experience this in any other game I've played. Downgrading is... non-ideal for me, since I require 13.10 in 8.1 to give me proper Eyefinity support in another game. Plus, driver choices are limited for 8.1 as well (neither 13.8 beta works, only the OGL 4.3 Beta driver and 8.1 Preview driver work).

Kind of sucks to run into such an issue right when I finally decide to play PoE after a long break :/ But I'm sure it'll be figured out :)

Sweet was tired of playing the game in windowed fullscreen just doesn't run as good for me as fullscreen.
