Awful framerates after patch 0.11.5

Since the new patch the game is running awful the only way to get it to stop stuttering is to put the game in windowed fullscreen mode. and no 0.11.5 b did not fix this.

Same exact issue here.

Specs:

i7 3770k @ 4.3GHz
AMD 7970 GHz edition (currently using 13.8 Beta2 driver)
8GB RAM
500Gb SSD (samsung)
Sabertooth z77 Mobo

Framerates previously held pretty steady around 200-240, currently fluctuating between 4 - 270 roughly every couple seconds. The game is completely unplayable for me, I'll try putting it in windowed mode and see if that makes a difference.

EDIT: Windowed fullscreen seems to have cleared up most of the dropped frames/jitter, although I'm getting lower frames than normal (currently between 170-180 instead of the normal 200ish, so not really a huge deal)

Hi could you please confirm if this is after patch 0.11.5b? You may need to restart the client first to make sure you actually downloaded the patch. We need to know whether it still happens on "No Shadows". Thanks.

This is after 11.5b, possibly after 11.5 normal as I didn't get to play at all between the patches.

There is no change when I go normal full screen and have shadows set to none, I still get the frame drops.
Could other people with this issue post their hardware (especially graphics card) and windows version?
