Well before the quadrupling of chisel drop rate and change of map drop rate, the value of low level maps and chisels were the same I think?

so I'd guess/extrapolate about 1:4 or 1:5 without actually having seen any new data that players have provided.

That's obviously just a random guess though which is assuming that the drop rate is proportional to value which is probably isn't.
