If you want to stick with 2 handeds, I'd say Queens Decree is the way to go. If you want a one handed though... look for something with Resist/Cast speed/Mana regen. Those stats are the only usefull stats you can find on one handed weapons imo. Unless you are attacking, then, by all means, get spell damage/phys damage/whatever you need

That is a good summoner weapon, but they're pretty cheap, so you can pick up one with at least 55+% all res for very little. You can dual wield them too for a ton of resistances (enough so that you can focus on wearing rings/amulets with iiq/iir, rather than resistances, which would be ideal considering that you'll be missing out on 40% iir with two of them anyways).
I noticed your link under your name or sig or whatev, game looks sweet and I've been looking for a singleplayer arpg for a while, sameish style as poe / diablo 2. Definitely looks promising! Thanks for that ;)
