" We dont quite know this yet HegeMonica, but lets hope that they have found a different solution that the early showcase of the 1.0 skilltree. Perhaps this is exactly why they are doing it though, so only scion/marauder/templar/duelist (many melee) have easy access to Vaal pact. However also counter-productive when Vaal pact synergizes so well with CI. For me atleast I will still keep playing physical CI wand, Vaal pact or not. why people think that power syphon build crit is the best supreme build
even vs freezing pulse LL i have some questions , i d like if people who will answer make a full explanation with exemple or if they are good with some math inside first question

1-) Freezing pulse can penetrate an entire pack of mobs with just 1 shot it can freeze mobs and block them + has godly dps if u use gmp ( if u see my old video i got 130k dps) -Power syphon can t hit all entire pack of mobs even if u use chain it s not the same thing question numer 2

2-) if u see super geared people who doing maps with power syphon with crazy dps near 30k with lmp or 50k or even 60k LET S SAY FOR TEORY infinite dps so u 100% one shot when they see a pack of monster hard and angry and rushers they first thing they do is shot sometimes with wander PS than KITE BACK cos mobs who didn t die cos didn t hit bye the bullets of PS come and hit the player than u hit and kill insta them ( but u lost your time kiting back and shot again the last part of the pack mobs) - with freezing pulse u insta shot them and u keep always the distance + u shot an enitre pack with 1 bulley ( i say one bullet even if they are 5 due to gmp, is just to say one click one wave ) question number 3

3-) this question is different it s for the wander build not a "fight " between fp or ps why they use rings and amulet with mods " elemental dmg" this irly don t get... i mean u are a PURE PHYSICAL DMG crit how this mods boost your dps just cos u use hatred , anger , wrath? how they can boost so crazy the dps? for pure exemple is it better AMULET 1 : 15-30 PHYSICAL DMG- 30 CHANCE - 70 MULTY - 20% ES AMULET 2 : 30% ELEMENTAL DMG - 30 CHANCE - 70 MULTY - 20% ES if the answer is amulet 2 ,,, wtf u are a pure physical wander why isn t better amulet 1??!?!?!?!?!?? question number 4 the last

Hi,
Does anyone with wander experience know what the best wand is to craft yourself for a physical wander build? Imbued, Tornado or Prophecy wand? I'm planning to buy a white item level 79 wand so I'm pondering on what base item to use. Also, is item level 79 the best for a wand? or does 79 add an unwanted mod so that maybe 78 would be best or something? I'm thinking about a wand with atleast these first 3 mods: added base phys. damage increased phys. damage increased crit. chance Also a few of these: added lightning damage added accuracy increased atk speed increased crit. multiplier Thanks |

" imbued wand ilvl 77 gets u the best rolls. after that you start to get spell damage and mana regen affixes. 8/8 Overachiever

oh thank god ... I had planned a build almost exactly like this when release hit and i decided to start a wander (been 3 different freezing pulse builds before now)
