No offense taken. The point of the build is get the most amount of critical chance possible without going to far (95% is possible but the build is unplayable). Balance out critical dmg and critical chance is the best build of course. If you saw the wand, its a mediocre wand with nothing helping the build with only critical chance maxed at 34% Unviable build tester.
