otherwise lots of fun, but in my opinion the first zone for the rogues to spawn should be bit later. Maybe they shouldn't spawn before ledge or so, since early on they just randomly can ruin your race and you can't kill them anyway. I took my first to the mud flats waypoint and killed him with 2-3 warps to town. And I didn't have absolutely anything.
