A few days ago I bought this (with 0% quality but fully linked) from a vendor:
The character that purchased it has no use for it (now level 80), but I guess I can make a new character that can take advantage. Doing the rounds of vendors after a level up is such a chore, but plainly it can be very worthwhile (as well as usually netting a handful of chromes) | |
