Easy.

Sweep + Life Gain On Hit + Blind + Endurance Charge On Melee Stun.
Warlord's Mark.

Blood Dance boots or Kaom's Roots
optional Power Charge On Crit as 5th link, if didn't go Resolute Technique.

That´s like the lamest play style i could imagine when playing a char that uses a shield to smash foes and a 1 hand to crush faces afterwards... Well whatever works i guess

This is one of the more annoying aspects of the skill. That, and the fact that a tiny stick or pebble on the ground stops you dead. Very weird.

Also, I think at least a portion of the damage (maybe a status ailment of some kind?) should be suffered by the mobs in the path of the attack rather than just nudging them aside.

The pause at the end of the sequence paired with the heavy desync makes it a little less fun and more tedious than it needs to be.

Going to load up on crit chance and smash some more bad dudes. :D
Sweep... sweep... What does you build with sweep?
You can actually become borderline invincible with shockwave totem if you have a partner that is building with you specifically around the idea of making the totem useful. You use nova totems for the actual damage though.

How is the shield charge testing going, OP?

I've been slowly building a character as I would envision a new player with a fair understanding of the information available via the wiki would. SF, and using everything I find boosted by what is displayed at the vendors and recipes.

The fun factor is around 2/10 for me thus far. The fact that the utility of the skill is about 1/10 makes it questionable that it exists in the game at all. It really IS that bad. (imo)

I think the smoke mine trick would help to make it more safe. But it still needs to be a great one shot punch, and it isn't.

I'm trying to see what it would be like from a new player's point of view. Leveling a character with quest rewards, etc. :)

That recovery pause at the end of the charge is a bugger. Plus, desync leads to a lot of misses.

Double whammy danger :D
