" Yes, jewels to include uniques are dropping as I imagine they're a new feature of the 2.0 patch that needs seperate testing. Unique character equipment, i.e. weapons, armor, rings, etc (GEAR) isn't as at this time as far as I'm aware. EDIT: Just as I post this, new unique wand from Ziggy's stream lol. Oooh, I like that wand. Attack wanders are a PITA to level with, and you can even use that wand with spells if you want.

They haven't enabled ALL the new uniques, but yes, there's a whole bunch of 'em in.
FYI: It's not a fantasy story, it's a cosmic horror story.
