I think that sword is sick if you use no Frenzy charges. That's 350 Lightning DPS plus some physical - you could easily scale it with elemental and lightning damage - and make a lightning sword build that does not need auras to function.

THe BLood Dance Extra Frenzy Charges Wish we had a support that gave Frenzy Charges on X. I can see an awful lot of fun to be had with that sword. I'm glad people don't like it. I should be able to get one cheap. | |

So, a unique with unwavering stance. Never thought I'd see the day. It would honestly be incredible for my build, but would mean dropping 2 CWS immortal calls. Might be worth it though, honestly. A good alternative to eye of chayula for CI builds, too.
The bow and quiver are also pretty good, the bow is obviously great for any elemental hit build, cause it means you can take bow crit nodes without wasting any added physical damage. Meanwhile you get a handy amount of mana regen and a decent attack speed. Quiver is for cold builds only, with the curse effect not really mattering at all imo. If it resets the curse duration then it might allow for some crafty useage but otherwise it may as well be flavour.
