Doubt it. Lioneye is easier to build. You need to work with this bow a bit to get it to start outdpsing a lioneye.

You want GGG to make a powerful item no one wants? How would that even work? I guess we get some other Unique Glorious Plate in the same way we have Infernal Mantle maybe?


Also, on the 'new bow has no downsides' front, it doesn't scale with Conductivity/Elemental Weakness/Lightning Penetration. And I really doubt the average party'll be running Projectile Weakness.
