It looks like it's +10% if they're burned, +10% if they're shocked, and +10% if they're frozen.
I don't think it's +10% per shock, that would be blatantly OP for lightning users specifically. |

I think it's 3X shocks. Yet the damage is not that op! 30% increased is not like 30% more damage. But the 15%X2 chance to shock is interesting

Aren't there any new Kaom's Heart yet? I've only seen the legacy ones. I heard that the new ones have +500 Life and some sort of increased fire damage. Can someone post or link pls?
