Since we're on typos, the re-named dex node "Thieves Craft" needs an apostrophe.

I think this could get away with either being singular possessive, thief's, or plural possessive thieves'.

I favor the plural possessive version.

I favour it.
Casually casual.

I'm french, and I use the english I learned in school and in movies. So it's a mix of everything, and since english is not a langage BUT the greatest thing ever created by the english crown to take over the world with a very easy to learn langage, I don't care about your troll war. :D
- no, i'm not trolling you :o -

But seriously, I would like to ask :
This way of saying "sir" every 4 words comes from british english ? Or it's just a way to pretend being polite ? Because it is very annoying when someone tries to rip you off, like selling a power charge on crit gem for 4 chaos, and says "sir".

Me too.
A good thief always needs fences and contacts, etc.

English use it almost exclusively as a subordinate speaking to a person of higher rank or status. Of course as a title, too.

Americans use it as subordinate -> higher rank, but also, conversely, to talk down to. Kind of claiming higher status but sarcastically using a term which would admit subordination or at least equality.

At least, that's the feeling I get, when half way through a debate I become a 'Sir'.
Casually casual.

It tends to be Chinese farmers and stuff that will use the term sir a lot when trying to sell or buy from you. No one from the UK does that, unless they are being daft or are legitimately using it such as to a teacher or a higher army officer etc.

Change civilisation to Civili(z)ation replace s with z
First is not a title, therefore should be lower case f

See if you can spot the rest :P <3

If I spot more I will update... add your own. I like perfection and usually spot the details other's are not aware of.

For one that is a perfectionist I have to say you don't seem very educated.

Also it's "others" not "other's".

That's just a difference between American English and British English. Since the game is made in New Zealand, there are lots of these. On your character sheet, for example, you have a "defence" tab.

I understand completely however, if I am playing on an American server I expect to see American grammar. It is completely inappropriate to have grammar implemented that is not considered correct by American standards.

If other developers manage to get the grammar correct in their games why not this one. What makes this game undeserving of such corrections? Absolutely nothing; GGG needs to fix these minor errors.

While GGG may not see them as errors, anyone who has respect for the English language will find this offensive.

I selected an American server therefore I expect American English... not British.

Certified as stupid murican.
Nothing to see here.

^^ Man, I hope you're taking the piss. Otherwise I'm kind of embarrassed for you.

Go take the S.A.T and spell defense with a c... and than use the excuse you are British. See how far you get ^.^

Ehhem...

I hate to "troll the troll" or "out grammarify a grammarian," but you have confused one word with another:

Go take the S.A.T and spell defense with a c... and then use the excuse you are British. See how far you get ^.^

On a lighter note, I note the difference between incorrect grammar and culturally specific grammar. I, for one, am not concerned with culturally specific grammar in a game. Now, when I am correcting my students' essays, that is a different matter.
