(Another) Evasion Suggestion

Actually, I indicated there might be Passive Nodes and/or Unique item properties with the purpose of granting stuff like "balance on crit" and whatnot.
But Balance itself would not regenerate while evading. It would go back to 100% when it reaches 0%, just like Entropy does (in reverse). However, once you go away from enemy, instead of resetting (like current Entropy does), it would slowly fill (kind of like Energy Shield). But it's not meant to play exactly like HP or ES.
