Way to much of an over nerf to KR 143% to 25% on initial hit and 162% to 150% on anomaly burst is such an insane over nerf tied to it being moved to act 3.

Kinetic Rain 140% to 25%? That’s a huge change… I really hope this is a typo! At 25%, it will be very difficult to kill a pinnacle, and if the boss doesn’t move much, Anomaly will be ineffective. It might be better to reconsider the skill or focus on the transfigured version

I understand that GGG has to balance things but balance is the keyword here and if balance cannot be archived, let it be broken for a league and the nerf it.

Funny thing is, I wasn't even gonna play it. I was going to play with it for a short while till I switched to my build on act 3 but guess not lol.
