New and Changed Gems in Path of Exile: Keepers of the Flame

Well. First thing I've checked after KR effectiveness reveal was the 48–60% range of effectiveness for basic Rain of Arrows. Here's the thing:

- Bow skills have no scaling from spell damage unlike wands do/
- The basic KR version still has secondary explosions things (could be trash though, but for Harbingers may work surprisingly well)
- Transfigured KR still has high enough effectiveness.
- Hits can overlap like 2-3 times on basic skill or even more with AOE investment. Multiply that as well.

Based just on that, I don't think the skill is sort of dead on arrival, will still try out both base and transfigured versions during leveling and maybe mid maps.

Doesn't look that broken, but it would be sad if it had Lightning spear treatment from poe2.

With so much attack speed and sh1t damage we have to spam 1 skill milion times and get our eyes pop.
Why not the oposite ?

Could we have more details on the living lightning minion stats?

No one wants to test it to see it fail due to poor scaling.
they must rly hate red gems
Creating skill that nobody will ever use.. wasting people time in planning.. nerfing everything and every content just to not feel poe2 that bad.. this game doesn't allow fun anymore, its probably just time to uninstall
Welp... Was thinking of skipping a league and then got interested in the new gem. That was shorted lived...
People that complain about Kinetic Rain should think again..
In the showcase video(Ziggy) you can see so many Anomalys on the ground that are doing nothing , because the initial Hit killed all the mobs and they couldnt even deal dmg because there are no mobs around...---> seeing many glowing Balls on the ground bad cus if u can see them they did nothing..

You can try to say oh but now we got a delay in our Dmg..
1.Looking at the Video they detonate instantly (not 100% sure but looks like it)
->If they do explode instantly good no delay -> you`ll be fine
->If they got delay try scaling skill effect dura?-> still bad? -> ok maybe u got a point
2.Try Kinetic Rain of Impact ?

watch the video again, the reason the anomalies are on the ground is because they do not detonate unless an enemy WALKS into them, if they're stationary they're literally 0 dps
I've been playing poe1 since orignal nemesis league 12 years ago more or less. Ever since John took over PoE in general has been going downhill. Constant Nerfs to skills and loot over multiple leagues. Affliction was the last good league. sick of the bait and switches. Hey John maybe take Chris Wilsons words of advice "you kill the loot you kill the game".
