Dragon's Immortal Tank (Updated for 1.2)

Just yesterday regretted back to Unwavering Stance, it's so damn annoying to play maps with Vulnerability curse and getting almost permastunned sometimes, not that it does anything, but just being super annoying :/

Your gear gives you 1671 armor / evasion

Juhazz gear gives him 3627 armor / evasion

You both have grace and AA, but Juhazz gets 90% shield defenses and 281% total from tree, you have 60% shield defense and zero armor / evasion from tree. Of course you have significantly less. You have less of every armor multiplier.

So you have ~55 x 1.6 = 880 armor from shield, he has ~550 x 1.9 = 1045

your armor 4151 (added 880 shield and ~1600 grace and evasion) x 1.5 = 6226 with lvl 20 determination, roughly

his armor 6272 x 1.5 x 3.81 = 35844 with lvl 20 determination, roughly

That is approximately 15 times more currency than I have ever had in my possession at a single time.

I've recently crafted a very nice chest and been looking for a build to use it with. Seems like this is going to be it!




Now I got a few questions.

About the chest: I was wondering if this would be the prefered chest for the build, or would you go for more armor instead of the high ES? Or it all depends on your other items?

Currently I don't have a Soul Taker, should I make sure I have one before I try his out?

About the rest of the gear: Would this kind of gear work "ok" or "really well"? Or am I gonna have to get better items for some of the slots? More damage mods/chaos res? Base stats for auras/gems?

Ofcourse I still need an AA.

Any suggestions are welcome!

use a lot of chaos orbs and be lucky? or alteration then exaltet and then use devine?

Not sure what you mean with crafting. Your first and last item already have 6 mods.

A chest like Jahuzzz is usually crafted from the ground up with Alteration, Augmentation, Regal and from there on Eternal-Exalting.
It is possible to build a base with Chaos Orbs if you spend ALOT (several 100's) or are very lucky. And then continue with Eternal-Exalting.

Yes, it's done all from the very bottom.

2 good mods with alterations -> Regal -> If succesful third mod, either try your luck with exalt or use Eternal + Exalt for 4th mod and so on..

I started doing this chest quite a while ago already, now that i've wasted 26 eternals on it, i decided not to waste anymore currency on it, instead being satisfied what i already have and spend the currency on mapping and getting levels :) Just yesterday hit lvl 97 and already 10% to 98 :p

This is the chest that eats Eternals and shits Exalts :s And it's not even top tier cold resistance on it -.-
