Full respec

Perhaps if the quests that give you skill refund points simply gave a few more (5-8 each) it would make things a little less harsh without just giving you a free respec.

They should sell full respec in the cash store. Its just a convinuance feature so you don't have to mess around with 70 Orbs of Regret.

Agreed, a full respec in the cash shop would be great. Not everyone has the time to roll a new character to 70 whenever they make the wrong decision. Even if you plan out a build carefully it may not play as great as you though it would.

Not great. You would be able to sell all your orbs of regret and buy their value in real money. The farther we stay away from p2w, the better.

Sorry but buying a full respec isn't paying 2 win. It only affects you and does not give you an unfair advantage over other players. It just takes the tedium out of having to collect 60 orbs of regret.

Yes, you didn't read what I said at all.

I collect 60 orbs of regret over time and one day decide I want to respec my main character. I can use all those orbs of regret, or I can buy a respec with real money and sell those orbs on the open market, pulling in a few gcp or a good unique/rare.

Yes it is pay2win. Every league has a ladder. You could switch your build constantly every few levels depending on what items/gems/etc. you find to advance faster than others.

I think that a game with this level of complexity in the skill building really needs to have some sort of in-game skill reset that is reasonable.

I was really looking forward to experimenting with crazy builds in this game. The skill tree seems made for it. But if it is going to take a month(?) of re-rolling and leveling a character for each try that simply isn't viable.

Just please make respec to be freely available evey week or month without discussing about this "fairly affordable" bullshit. Orbs are too expensive for newbies who screwed up their builds.

I think that at least low level characters should be able to use one or two full respecs, because otherwise a new player gets stuck with what they did in the first 10-15 levels, and they'll have to choose between deleting their character or soldiering on with the messed-up build until they're far into the lategame where they're able to farm large amounts of respec orbs.

I'd suggest there being one respec that can be used while under level 10 and one that can be used while under level 20, and if they're used up or level 20 is reached they're gone.



Or maybe give everyone a "full respec" button that has two months cooldown or something like ridiculous like that.
There just has to be an option for when you completely screw up that does not require having a high-level character in order to gather enough respec orbs.
