Cannot complete Einhar quest in Ruthless - no Menangerie.

OP, I fail to see how this direct quote from GGG:

"This is not a bug. In Ruthless Leagues, masters such as Einhar do not have guaranteed quest spawns like they do in the base game."

Can be interpreted that the guaranteed Einhar quest spawn is still in Ruthless. Their message made it fairly clear that you can get the quest and then not see Einhar at all to complete the quest until end game maps. No where in that post does it mention Ruthless still has guaranteed quest spawns like the base game.. the exact opposite in fact.

If Ruthless still has guaranteed quest Einhar spawn and the rest of us missed that change and you are not getting that spawn since that quoted GGG post, please show us the source where that change was posted.

Otherwise, this is no more than a bait post. Based on your profile achievements, you haven't completed Act 10 yet, so you haven't even been to post-campaign maps yet? Where GGG has stated may be the first time you see Einhar in Ruthless by using currency/passives.

You better "complete" the game in normal game first to learn the game, and then try Ruthless


Pretty sure it never a bug, just make sure play MAP often to get Einhar to spawn. Playing in Act 2 or Act 3 a lot does not count.

He is not guaranteed to spawn, even in the Riverway (where'd you'd normally meet him in not Ruthless mode), in Ruthless. This isn't hardcoded.
