its little better than kalandra i think... but not much.
even syntesis with its random and unbalanced map fragments generation was more interesting and enticing. u can show miracles of dodging in sanctum and planning near bench - but one little lag on any boss or in arena room negates efforts u made for 10-20 maps. thats shitty shit. |

Don't know if this has been mentioned here, but Essence monsters are still a complete nightmare. Non-juiced without atlas points spend into them, they are fine. Speccing into them on the atlas tree turns them into content that's harder than any uber boss on pretty much any moderately juiced high-tier map. And all that for an essence that's a tier higher, or 2-3 extra essences per encounter.
I usually like to farm essences, but they are completely F'ed since Kalandra and the garbage AN mods. I'm honestly wondering if anyone in GGG's office has made any effort to test them properly. There's still a bunch of mod combinations that make them just stupid. It's like trying to dodge bullets fired from multiple automatic rifles while sitting in a wheelchair. And not just surviving those bullets, but also having to fight back being equipped with a plastic knife trying to cut through their futuristic armor made of materials unknown to mankind. Visual polution is so terrible that I often times can't even see the essence monster on my screen. You get spammed with elemental novas constantly, explosions everywhere, monster (if you can even see it) moving faster than the speed of light, leeching, oneshotting my character with 80% elemental resistances, 100% spell suppression, determination and grace with 90% phys reduction/evasion, defiance banner, molten shell, 4k+ life, blind on hit, 15% reduced damage taken from blinded enemies, temporal chains, 4 active utility flasks and god knows what else. This is ridiculous. I had a terrible time with them on my Lightning-Strike Champion with 30mil DPS in Kalandra, and I'm still having a terrible time with them playing the broken seismic trap boss killer meta. How come this was not hot fixed or high priority fix the moment it was discovered? This is a major bug that gates significant power from our characters. Only way to get final ascendancy points is to trade for it or be lucky Kirac offers it. It took me 3 days of mapping on my slow character to get Kirac's mission (I use all mission available to progress my Atlas). | |

Dec 11, 2022 9:45 PM (EST)- We are aware of an issue where you cannot upgrade Soul Catcher or Temple Jewels at the Apex of Sacrifice.
Is there any additional info on when this will be fixed? These items are build enabling and I can't really progress my character without them. It's really painful looking at the old list with everything but this crossed out around it >.< |
