Same thing, only the last line matters :)

Intermediate lines only matters when you have problems in the last line.

And he has. He has latency issues....

Unless i missed something (then i'm sorry), the final line is :
map2.hwcdn.net - 0 | 273 | 273 | 10 | 13 | 34 | 14

So the worst latency spike is 34ms which is very good.

192.168.0.1 - 14 | 180 | 156 | 1 | 13 | 106 | 11 |

| 178-116-0-1.access.telenet.be - 18 | 163 | 135 | 6 | 13 | 141 | 12 |

| dD5E0CDC2.access.telenet.be - 0 | 273 | 273 | 7 | 13 | 140 | 10 |

| dD5E0FA77.access.telenet.be - 0 | 273 | 273 | 8 | 15 | 127 | 12 |

| nl-ams04a-ri3-ae-19-0.aorta.net - 0 | 273 | 273 | 12 | 20 | 142 | 16 |

| 213.46.191.50 - 0 | 273 | 273 | 11 | 18 | 157 | 15 |

| 151.139.80.6 - 0 | 273 | 273 | 12 | 18 | 141 | 16 |

| 151.139.80.10 - 0 | 273 | 273 | 12 | 19 | 142 | 15 |

| map2.hwcdn.net - 0 | 273 | 273 | 10 | 13 | 34 | 14 |

That's really strange. I can't explain it then.....

Using a SSD would be a very good first step. POE loads quite a lot of things on the fly.

Your TOSHIBA hard drive is from 2012. Buying an SSD would be a huge upgrade (256GB,512GB, or more depending on your needs/budget).

Use the SSD for windows/apps/games and keep the TOSHIBA for storage.

And SSD manufacturers often have a software to clone disks so you don't have to reinstall everything :)
