Your argument seems to be 'I'm sure stuff will be released in the future that will be better than kaom's anyways'. So by your logic you shouldn't complain about gear imbalance in an MMO because there will just be better gear released in the next expansion. See how ridiculous that line of reasoning is.

Erm... thats not the reasoning at all.
Think about what you're saying. If a MMO was in beta, with more content to come, and there was a chest piece that was better than the rest for HP builds, especially HC, then i WOULD say the same thing. wait for all the content to be released rather than moan about a chest. why can you not see the logic there is beyond me.
Its not an "expansion".

Alternatively, seeing as it seems like such a bigdeal for you, wait until the game is released with all the content that comes with a full release and attain your Kaom's for endgame content. I think it will be less useful as i said.
