TV series

Oh I like Zooey too, what I really like in Bones is the duo. The other characters are okay, I suppose.

And I have never watched Angel, so I guess that helps.

If you like sci-fi, then I recommend Eureka, Stargate SG-1, Atlantis, and actually Universe was good too in the second half of the 2. season. Star trek is good too, if you are really really into sci-fi and don't mind special effects, that are a bit cheezy.
And I just started watching Sanctuary. It has a lot of promise.

Also Supernatural is good. Definatly recommending Family guy(Funny as hell, if you get the references). American Dad is watchable too. Game of Thrones is no brainer.
Two and a Half Guy is watchable up to last season(When Charley was still on the show).

tl;dr version:

Eureka
Stargate SG-1, Atlantis, Universe
Star Trek
Sanctuary
Supernatural
Family Guy
Game of Thrones
American Dad
Two and a Half Man

Sanctuary has far too much CG set usage for my likes. It makes me worried for Blood and Chrome, in fact. So much of BSG relied on physical interaction with the Galactica...
If I like a game, it'll either be amazing later or awful forever. There's no in-between.

I am Path of Exile's biggest whale. Period.
I watch this series:

Supernatural
The Vampire Diaries
Nikita
How i Met Your Mother

Series that ended but I liked a lot:

Jericho
Prison Break
Lost
Chuck (Awesome Series)

I don't watch much TV, though there are a few series I can recommend:

- Once Upon A Time: At first glance, it's just a stupid soap where the fairy tale characters are living in the modern world and conveniently forgot who they are. Making the whole fairy tale stuff pointless, which again makes the series pointless. But the forgot-who-they-are part is because of a curse, and we get a lot of flashbacks to the fairy tale land before the curse hits. Not so different from the flashbacks in Lost, in fact. But as the series continues, things gets more and more interesting as they try to find a way to break the curse in the modern world. And the final episode of the season is epic. It's by far one of the best season finales I've ever seen - and I've seen Dead Zone. That says a bit. Bring on season 2!

- Grimm: Again, fairy tales, modern world, yada yada yada. But this show is more a normal crime show, just where main character is a Grimm, or a guy who hunts down fairy tale characters and kills them. At least he's supposed to, but he only hunts the bad guys. Yes, it sounds a lot like Buffy the Fairy Tale Character Slayer, but it's much better than that. Far more mature, too.

- Supernatural season 1 - 5. The first two seasons are epic. The third pretty good, and the fourth and fifth stretching the concept quite a bit. It's still good, but everything was supposed to end after the fifth season. Erik Kripke, the guy who made the whole thing in the first place, was fired after season five, yet they kept going. Now they are entering the eight season. Seasons six to eight had Mitch Pileggi as their grandfather and the cute Rachel Miner in a minior role, but those are the only two reasons to keep watching.

- Smallville: Like it or not, it's the longest continuing running sci-fi show ever. Yes, Dr. Who has lasted longer, but not as a continung show. Smallville had it's ups and downs, but all in all, it was pretty awesome. The big finale sucked, but at least they are continuing the series in comic books. Yay or nay? Only time will tell.

- Oz. One of my favorite shows of all time. We're talking prison series, but not quite like what you are used to. It's brutal stuff, and alrady in the first episode a guy is strapped to a bed and set on fire. There's plenty of nudity (both male and female) and lots of violence. It's awesome. Plus, you'll probably recognize a lot of characters from shows like Lost, Fringe and The Closer.
"And that's how you die properly, sailor boy."
(The Witch)
Game of Thrones...
With my girlfriend :D
BUT she never played anything else than Crash Bandicoot and some creepy Sims or so.
SO she is not a big fantasy, gaming, nerdy pc style things fan :D
SO im glad to see her enjoing this series :)

I used to watch FAMILY GUY, which vas super awesome to watch, when u r high :D FUTURAMA owns too, but it is sad, that they dont produce more episodes :( ...

Spartacus, Breaking Bad, Weed are good :)

AND SIMPSONS AS WELL! ;)
Game of Thrones goes without saying at this point, and yes I've read the books already (more than once).

NCIS seems to go without saying as well, although I don't watch LA for some reason, just the main series.

And only one person mentioned Doctor Who? Come on! yes, I was a fan of the old stuff (Tom Baker is my favorite Doctor) but the "new generation" stuff starting with Christopher Eccleston is a whole new ball game.

Ok, a few people haven't mentioned...

I'm a fan of certain reality talent shows... mainly The Voice (watching the Aussie one over the internet right now) and I'll watch Britain / America's Got Talent with the wife.

And nobody has yet mentioned wrestling, eh? Yeah, I want Monday Night Raw... I have since the very first show. I'm not your typical wrestling fan, as I tend to analyze the storylines and "what they should've done" at lot more than a casual fan. I've also been in some fantasy make-your-oen wrestling leagues - a lot like playing D&D but with a wrestling character.

For nostalgia... my favorite sit-com is Night Court, and it can stand the test of time. I encourage everyone to go watch it. NOW! GO!
I'm very picky about watching tv shows.

I enjoy watching American Pickers. I really don't care about junk personally. But it's interesting and exciting to see what the pickers find.

For old tv shows whenever they come on:
Gunsmoke
Golden Girls, I know: old women, but they're hilarious to watch.

I like Poirot on Masterpiece theater. He has class.

Cancelled tv series I liked:
Farscape

It was on SciFi too but forgot name of another: about a red head woman with fire lizard blood traveling on a living spaceship. Weird but it was out of the box thinking, imo.
I can play the world's smallest violin on demand.
