[3.15] Saqawal's Twister | Easy/Unique Playstyle | All Content | Cheap Budget

Hey, i would really love to try the build but its not as budget as you state in the Title :P i was looking up the aqawal's gloves and boots with atleast -1.80 duration but they all start in the 1-2 ex range :/ (ultimatum). Would all of this also work with lets say 1.50 duration or would you not recommend that (so i maybe make another character first and will try this build when i got a little bit more currency)

Anomalous Vitality works perfect when you don`t have watcher eye. btw idk now for what i need watcher eye) health leech from Anomalous Vitality pretty good, and enought for t16 maps

Anomalous vitality works for attacks not spells so not sure how it will help

is 10% timetwist needed or will 9% be enough to get started?

1.5 would be good for starting maps etc, youd definitely want to get that up asap though

9% is fine, just make sure its REDUCED, not increased

just do what i did guys i got the items for 1c and start to divine them at around 10 divines everything was pretty decent

i got a second pair of gloves/boots and divine them when ever i can

i am taking this league super chill so i am only on tier 9-10 maps and it flow

i would recommend saveing 3ex to buy awakend swift afflictaion asap cus its BIG

i got super lucky and got plauge bearer enchant on my helm on the sec i did uberlab lol :o

so guys why dont we use dying sun to get 2 more tornados? i remember useing it when i played this build with with fire convert

Im playing it and its very good in ultimatums and so far im in red maps. i got bad gloves and boots but i have the watcher's eye. Pretty fun.

Build feels great this season but really anoying some boss fights like cortex or sirius with out being able to see the floor <.<

Hi, can you explain to me why some player does not use the gloves?

and I wonder if the "the flow untethered" belt works on the build?
