" Coming to this forum and whining and arguing isn't going to solve anything. Not whining, making a point. Already sent email a while ago. In the meantime wanted to know what do you think. I'm not a hamster and want to understand logic behind decisions are been made by GGG and pointing on flaws game has. You are clearly misunderstanding this. I’m not familiar with your macro software there. If you press L Ctrl and only need to move your mouse in order for buttons to work, then the software is repetitively sending L Click signals, usually at a very fast interval. Kind regards, Rafael No reply after that. @SUPPORT Sadly this has nothing to do with normal support any more. Your ticket is with the account investigation team and they don't give ticket update. You will have to wait until they are done reviewing your case. GGG support don't have any updates to give you because it's a differant department. For all those "experts" i was unbaned. Software used before baned - Mercury Trade, Awakened POE Trade, "Leftclick + Ctrl" Macro build-in in my mouse. Still don't know what trigered the ban.
