It's not hard to run a simple impale build using self crafted weapons until you can get the jewel, there is one provided in the guide. I think it's quite smooth but if you want to kill bosses day 2 it won't work because jewels take that long to appear on the market.

Been meaning to try this one for a while! Think I'll give a go this league!

From silver flask, and that onslaught node gives it on kill as well.

They removed the Rapid Expansion unique jewel, what should I get to replace it?

I can't decide what my favourite build out of this and Ice Crash hollow palm :) I'm a huge fan of one with nothing :D
